PRIVACY POLICY

Human Performance Score (HPS) is a personal performance tracking application developed by Sanda Sorin Catalin. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• Account data: email address, username
• Daily inputs: sleep hours, sport minutes, pages read, deep work minutes, hydration, meditation, and other performance metrics you choose to log
• Performance data: HPS score, tier level, attribute values, skill tree progress
• Device data: Android device info for Health Connect integration

• To calculate your Human Performance Score
• To sync your data across devices
• To display your username and score on the public leaderboard (only if you participate)
• To send daily reminder notifications (only if enabled)

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL database), hosted in EU servers. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. A local cache is stored on your device for offline access.

We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT use your data for advertising. The only third party with access is Supabase (our database provider), which acts as a data processor under GDPR.

On Android, we may request access to Health Connect to read your daily step count. This data is used exclusively for HPS score calculation and is not stored separately or shared with any third party.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data

We do not use cookies. The app uses localStorage on your device for caching purposes only.
