By using Human Performance Score, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

HPS is a personal performance tracking application available on Android and as a web app. The service is free to use. Premium features may be introduced in the future.

You must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials.

You agree NOT to:

• Manipulate or falsify your HPS score or daily inputs
• Use automated scripts to submit inputs
• Harass other users on the leaderboard
• Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the application
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

Your username and HPS score are visible on the public leaderboard by default. You can change your username to remain anonymous. We reserve the right to remove users who manipulate scores.

HPS Coins are virtual in-app currency with no real monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred between accounts. Unused coins are forfeited if the account is deleted.

Your HPS score is a personal development tool only. It is NOT medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions. The score does not diagnose any condition.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly accounts that manipulate scores or engage in behavior that harms other users.

We may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified via email when significant changes occur. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
